100 giorni di felicità /100 happy days

Non so se ricordate il post dell'Epifania, quello in cui raccontavo di aver regalato due quadernetti rilegati, di formato piccolo, ai miei bimbi perchè scrivessero, possibilmente ogni giorno, quel era la cosa più bella che avessero vissuto. E che per me invece avevo istituito un vaso di vetro con dei foglietti su cui scrivere, possibilmente ogni giorno, un motivo per cui ero stata felice.

Ecco...finora procede bene, non dico tutti i giorni ma spessissimo vi segno il motivo di felicità. E capita a pallino l'iniziativa #100happydays: è una specie di sfida a essere felici per 100 giorni di seguito, a trovare un motivo per esserlo ogni giorno.

E dato che a modo nostro stavamo già facendo di tutto per ricordarci quanto fortunati e felici siamo, abbiamo deciso di partecipare. Con delle foto che indichino il motivo di felicità quotidiano, o dei post.

Perchè farlo è semplice: per fissare nella memoria i momenti felici di un anno trascorso insieme.

I don't know if you recall the Epiphany post where I wrote that I had given each of my children a tiny notebook where they could write, day by day, what had been the best moment(s) in their day and that I myself had prepared a Mason Jar and some cards where to write what made me smile during each and every day. That was meant to focalize on the best part of the day for the children, and to have a keepsake of smiles and laughters at the end of the year for myself.

The make the story short, it's going well, I won't say I'm adding one card per day, but I'm adding them frequently. And not because I have no reasons to smile daily, but just because I forget....and then rush to record those moments before I forget them.
Now there's been for a while an initiative called 100happydays, a challenge to take a picture of what made you happy every day for 100 days in a row, just to remind everybody that happiness lies in little things. And I've decided to participate with the hashtag #happydays via Facebook.
