Che cosa occorre:
What's needed:

• 4 strisce rosse da 30 cm di lunghezza e 4 mm di larghezza
• 4 strisce verdi scuro e 4 verde chiaro da 15 cm di lunghezza, 4 mm di larghezza
• 1 striscia da 15 cm lunghezza e 4 mm larghezza gialla, 1 arancione, una rossa
• 1 bastoncino sottile
• colla vinilica

• 4 red stripes, 30 cm. length, 4 mm. width
• 4 dark green stripes and 4 light green stripes, 15 cm. length and 4 mm. width each
• 1 yellow, 1 orange, 1 red stripes, 15 cm. length and 4 mm. width
• 1 thin stick
• vinyl glue

Arrotolare le 4 strisce rosse una per volta sul bastoncino. Creare una spirale di circa 15 mm di diametro

Roll the 4 red stripes on the stick, one at a time Create 4 red spirals with a diameter of about 15 mm.

con ciascuna di esse:

Incollare l'estremità per fissare la spirale.
Schiacciare poi la spirale ai lati per ottenere un quadrato:

Glue the final part of the spiral to fix its shape and size.
Then press the spiral on the sides to obtain a square:
 

Ripetere per tutte e 4 le spirali rosse:

Repeat for all 4 red spirals:

Incollare la striscia verde chiaro a quella verde scuro, poi arrotolare sul bastoncino a partire dall'estremità libera del verde chiaro:

Glue the light green stripe to the dark green stripe, then roll on the stick starting from the light green side:

Fare una spirale di circa 15 mm di diametro e poi incollare la parte finale per fissarla. Ripetere per tutti e 4 i gruppi di verdi.
Schiacciare a goccia la spirale, tirando dapprima il centro della spirale da un lato e poi schiacciando il lato opposto:

Make a spiral of about 15mm diameter and then glue the final part to fix its size and shape. Repeat for all four green groups.
Press the spiral to obtain a drops shape, pulling first its center on one side and then pressing the opposite side.

Ripetere per tutte 4 le foglie.

Repeat for all 4 leaves.

Prendete ora le strisce gialla, arancione e rossa e incollatele fra loro: prima la gialla con l'arancione, poi l'arancione con la rossa.

Now take the yellow, orange and red stripes and glue them together: the yellow with the orange, the orange with the red one.
 

Una volta asciutte, arrotolatele sul bastoncino a partire dal giallo e otterrete una spirale così:

Once the glue is dry, roll it on the stick starting from the yellow and you'll obtain a spiral like the one below:

Questa volta dovrete farla un po' più grande, circa 20 mm di diametro. Sarà comunque fitta, essendo tre le strisce da 15 cm.

This time it must be a bit larger, about 20 mm. in diamter. It'll be dense anyway, being the stripes three.

Adesso dovete ottenere una goccia: prendete il centro della spirale e spostatelo da un lato (es. a sinistra),

Now you have to obtain another drop:move the center of the spiral to one side, then press the spiral on the opposite side:

poi premete il lato opposto.

schiacciate un pochino sul lato destro per dare l'impressione di una fiammella in movimento.

Press it a little bit on the right side to give the impression of a moving flame.

Ora potete procedere all'incollaggio: versate un po' di colla su un piattino e con un pennellino mettete la colla su un lato dei vostri pezzi:

Now you can proceed with the glue: pour some glue on a dish and with a tiny brush cvover one side of the quilling pieces in glue then stick them to the paper:

E create la vostra candela:

And create your candle:
